Train competent human resources in planning for the integral and sustainable development of companies, as well as in the generation and application of scientific and technological knowledge to solve problems in the regional context.

Mission

Contribute to the training of specialists, who through the application of skills and business planning tools, promote the development and economic growth of the region in which they operate, through the design of strategies and impact solutions, research and service to companies and institutions.

Vision

To be a benchmark in the training of human resources and in the generation of knowledge and skills applied to the solution of business and regional problems, promoting the balanced growth of the municipality, the region and the country.

STUDY PROGRAM

It is designed to meet the specialization needs of professionals in the public and private sector, improving their performance in strategic planning processes for the creation or management of companies, as well as the design, implementation and evaluation of programs and projects intended to the solution of regional problems, under a focus on sustainability and social responsibility.


The program consists of four semesters where the student will take four basic subjects, three seminars, four elective subjects and one subject for thesis preparation, during the last semester.

LINES OF GENERATION AND APPLICATION OF KNOWLEDGE

The program is developed based on three Lines of Generation and Application of Knowledge (LGAC), which are the following:

LGAC 1. Business Planning, Quality and Competitiveness.

The use of business knowledge, skills and abilities is promoted to generate competitiveness in the different environments in which students and graduates participate, with a global approach to the company, which includes the identification of the lines of action that organizations can take to design your competitive strategy.

LGAC 2. Regional and Business Development

Study of the different components that affect regional development, including economic or social phenomena that occur in the region and that directly impact the quality of life of its inhabitants. The promotion of the process of social change, transformation and well-being in the country is promoted through the planning, allocation and control of natural resources in accordance with the economic, social and ecological criteria of sustainability.

LGAC 3. Engineering, Technology and Industry.

Taking advantage of scientific knowledge as support for the development and adaptation of technology or for the application of engineering tools that allow the creation of new production processes, their optimization and the standardization of existing ones, under a systemic, sustainable and innovative approach. that promotes the creation and strengthening of companies and regional development.

Each LGAC establishes a series of optional subjects , which the student may take during each semester of the program, after choosing them together with their advisor, in accordance with the LGAC where the thesis topic is located.

ADMISSION AND ADMISSION PROCESS

It consists of the following stages:

Stage 1. Receipt of documents, the applicant must present:


Stage 2. Presentation of CENEVAL EXANII II knowledge exam; It is an essential requirement for permanence in the postgraduate degree, to obtain a minimum score of 950 points.

Stage 3. Present a face-to-face interview with the postgraduate committee, where the risk factors for desertion, the commitment and the objectives of the aspiring candidates for postgraduate studies are rated.

Stage 4. Notification of admission to the program and payment corresponding to enrollment and preparatory course.

Stage 5. Once enrolled in the program and after the accreditation of the preparatory course, the student will formally begin the postgraduate courses, committing to pay the monthly fee established in the program.
